Choices of payment Please pay using one of the following methods:
1. Transfer of funds (only available in Germany) You can give us permission to debit the invoice directly from your bank account. Once this method of payment is set up it can be used for all future transactions until you cancel the agreement. We will only debit your account 14 days after sending the ordered items giving you time to make a choice in case you have ordered more pairs to choose from. You will then only be debited for the pair(s) you decide to keep. All personal data will be SSL coded for your security.
2. by C.O.D. Orders delivered C.O.D. will be delivered to your address. Only after paying the carrier the invoice amount plus a Euro 4.00 C.O.D. charge, you will receive your order. Because of insurance and technical reasons, we must send all first orders to new customers per C.O.D.
All orders are sent with DHL (formally the German post AG). Linda4SalsaShop take full responsibility for the safe delivery of the goods to your home. In case of damage incurred during delivery, a free replacement will be sent (when possible) immediately. Normally we send all ordered items in one parcel. However, when this is not possible we will send the missing item(s) as soon as they are available without any further delivery costs to yourselves so you always pay only once for each order. Our delivery charge for anywhere within Germany is EURO 5.95 .
Delivery Time Please allow approximately 1 week for stock items to be delivered. DHL will try but do not guarantee to deliver goods to most areas within Germany within 24 hours. We have noticed however that recently deliveries have often exceeded this time, sometimes quite substantially.
Returns and rights of return. We guarantee you the right to return any goods within 14 days of receiving them as long as the shoes have not been worn, are clean and are sent back in the original packaging. We ask you therefore to be very careful when trying on any shoes, only to walk on a very clean, soft surface such as carpet and only for a very short space of time. Please remember that any shoes you return must be able to be sold as new to the next customer. It is enough to fulfil the terms of condition if you return the goods as new within the specified time. In case of return we ask you to put adequate postage on the parcel as we would have to pay a much higher premium on goods returned without sufficient cover. Naturally we could offer to accept returns without postage paid but would then have to add this high charge to all orders and feel that this would be unfair to customers who order the correct shoes in the correct size first time round. We ask you for your understanding
